EMAIL SESSION
After you have completed the form, click “submit” and you will be directed to our secure Pay Pal payment site. After this is complete, check your email for Dr. Debi’s response. (Please note: Payment must be received in order to receive a response from Dr. Debi).
Please note that Dr. Debi will personally answer all responses. In addition, all responses will be substantive, with a minimum of 250 words

TELEPHONE SESSIONS
If you are interested in telephone counseling, complete the form. In the question section, provide us with a contact number and hours in which you will be available for the session. We will contact you, via email within 24 hours. Please note that, once we contact you with a scheduled time, you have to click on the link in the email I send you to set up your secure payment using Pay Pal. (Please note: Forms received without payment made within 24 hours will not be processed)
Telephone sessions are scheduled according to Eastern Standard Time zone. For example, if you life on the west coast and would like to schedule a telephone session for 12:00 noon. You will need to make the appointment for 3:00 pm EST.
